The next Northern Tier Executive and Technical meeting has been scheduled for Thursday, Nov 4, 2004 to begin at 12:00 PM and end on Friday, Nov 5, 2004 at 12:00 PM.

The meeting will be held at the Holiday Inn - Denver International Airport Hotel in Denver, CO. A block of rooms has been reserved for the event. When reserving your rooms please refer to the Northern Tier block, at $89 per night. Call the Holiday Inn - Denver International directly at 303-371-9494 to make your reservations.

The cut-off date to reserve a room is Friday, Oct 15, 2004.

A complementary shuttle service is available from the airport to the Holiday Inn - Denver International.

All Conference attendees should register for the Conference using the registration form (Microsoft Word). Registration forms are due no later than October 24, 2004. Please register in advance of the meeting as this greatly facilitates meeting planning such as meal counts, ensuring we have adequate meeting rooms, and reduces the amount of work that has to be done at the conference site. Please make all checks for Conference registration fees payable to Internet2.

The Conference will formally begin on Thursday, Nov 4, 2004, at 12:00 pm. Conference check-in and late registration will begin at 10:00 am. The Conference will end at Noon on Friday, Nov 5, 2004.
