January 2023 Meeting
January 30 -31 - Denver, Colorado
The Winter 2023 meeting of the NTNC Steering Committee and Partners will take place from noon on Monday, Jan. 30, to noon on Tuesday, Jan. 31, in delightful Denver, CO.
The meeting sessions will be held at The Oxford Hotel in downtown Denver:
Sunday, Jan. 29:
- If you arrive early, join us for social hour at 6 p.m., followed by dinner at 7 p.m., at The Plum Room of the Urban Farmer restaurant.
Monday, Jan. 30:
- Meeting noon – 5 p.m., at the Oxford Theater
- Social hour at 6 p.m., followed by dinner at 7 p.m. at Thirsty Lion, in the Lion’s Den room (just around the corner from The Oxford Hotel)
Tuesday, Jan. 31:
- Meeting 8 a.m. - noon, at the Oxford Theater
Travel logistics
The nearest commercial airport is Denver International Airport, about 24 miles from The Oxford Hotel – approximately a 35-minute drive.
Lodging information
A block of rooms has been reserved for meeting participants at The Oxford Hotel , for the nights of Jan. 29 and 30, at the special rate of $219.00 per night, plus state and local taxes (currently 15.75%) and a 4% Historic Preservation fee.
The reservation link will take you right to the NTNC room block.
Please make your reservation by Jan. 9, 2023 – after that date, all remaining rooms in our block will be released for general sale.

Valet parking is available for overnight hotel guests at the discounted rate of $34.00 per night.
